About Our Grantmaking

The Valley Community Foundation adheres to one grantmaking cycle that occurs in the Spring of each year.

Applications that address an important Valley community need are given strong consideration and successful applicants must have demonstrated that their organization can complete the proposed project (including all other necessary fundraising) within one year.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend informational sessions about the application process and offered by the Valley Community Foundation each year.
