Ansonia Public Library's Bigger Collection

VCF grant allows Ansonia Public Library to add new large-print books and audio books for the visually-impaired.

Joyce Ceccarelli, Ansonia Public Library's head librarian, is busy adding new large-print books and audio books to the library's collection, thanks to a grant from the Valley Community Foundation. Ceccarelli, who suffers from vision difficulty due to Multiple Sclerosis, says the large print book section is the most popular at the library due to a high number of elderly readers and readers with vision impediments.
