To ensure that your organization receives funding in advance of a sponsored event, it is recommended that applications be submitted at least sixty days in advance of the scheduled event. Organizations are encouraged to submit applications as early as possible regardless of the annual timeline of the event.
Applicants must meet VCF's minimum eligibility requirements.
