Below is a list of the competitive grant opportunities at VCF. Each grant process is unique and has specific requirements.

Career Pathways

Prepare residents who have been historically underserved for middle-to-high skill quality jobs in local economic sectors to improve family economic stability. Grants range from $30,000 - $50,000. Please email Yolanda for more information about this grant opportunity.

Racial Equity + Creative Healing Through the Arts

To respond to the COVID-19 pandemic with cultural experiences that center racial justice, collective healing, and youth development. Grants range from $5,000 - $20,000 per-year for up to two years.

Two-year leadership development program for nonprofit professionals of color; up to $15,000 for two years.



Consultant Support Program

Short-term consultancy for organizational building capacity and work in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.



Valley Community Covid-19 Response and Recovery Fund

COVID-19 Response and Recovery; small grant program that provides flexible resources to organizations working on the response and recovery phase of the COVID -19 pandemic. Grants range from $1,000 - $5,000.
