We're happy to report over $254,800 was raised for local nonprofits by Valley residents, workers and VCF donor advised fund holders as a result of The Great Give® 2016!
We're gratified to be one of the largest sponsors of annual online giving event created by our partner in philanthropy The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven to benefit nonprofits serving the Greater New Haven and Valley communities. The event turned out to be the most successful ever, resulting in a total of approximately $1.4 million for the region's nonprofit sector.
Valley specific prizes will be announced at an ice cream social on Thursday, May 26th from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm at the St. Mary's Church Fellowship Hall located at 212 Elizabeth Street in Derby, almost directly across the street from the VCF office.
