Connecticut United Ways have joined with five other states - California, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, and New Jersey - to release statewide ALICE Reports.

ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) projects study financial hardship over time in households that earn more than the U.S. poverty level, but less than the basic cost of living for the community.
