A nationally recognized tax expert, author and lecturer, he has trained over 70,000 professionals and contributes to Bloomberg Tax and other media outlets. A Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel and past Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Tax Section, Green founded Tax Rep Network, the New England IRS Representation Conference, and the Tax Rep App to support tax professionals. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University, a JD from New England School of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and before the U.S. Tax Court.
